You may bring in your own desserts if you wish. Please bring any supplies needed for them. Paper plates, plastic forks, foil for those who wish to take some home.

We do not have a bartender on site unless you order an open bar package. Therefore a cash bar is NOT available without including a bartender fee. Two Hour bartender fee is $20.00
It is a violation of Michigan State Law to bring any alcoholic beverages into our building.
To hold the memorial service here: $100 + 24% includes one hour extra hall time. This includes your set up and service time. No beverages will be served during this time.
While we realize it’s hard to get an exact number of guests – in order for us to keep our low prices, we ask that you do the following:
The night before your luncheon call us with the number of guests you would like us to cook for. This is the minimum number of guests you will be obligated to pay for.
We will be available until 9:00 PM to receive your guaranteed number.
The morning of the funeral, please ask the funeral director to call us with the number of guests at services. If this number is greater than what you told us the night before, we will be prepared to expect more guests. We will do our best to accommodate this number. If the number called in the morning is less than what you guaranteed the night before, the food is already in production. You will take food home for the number of guests who are missing. EXAMPLE: If you guarantee 50 people and only 40 attend your event, you will still be responsible for paying for 50 guests and will be able to take home enough food to make up the difference (10 people). We will package this food in ONE container. If you wish to split between family members please bring your own containers. There will be a charge for our additional packaging containers.
In order to obtain the best estimate of attendees for your event, we suggest the following formula. Count family members and those you are certain will attend. Next, make a list of people that you are uncertain may or may not attend and cut the number in half. Add the two numbers together and that will give you a reasonable estimate for your “guaranteed” guest count to provide to Corsi’s the night prior to your event.
Tip added to your total bill:
Your server will receive the 12% tip. If you wish to add additional gratuities when paying your bill, please specify to whom you wish to acknowledge.
IS THE SET UP CHARGE AN EXTRA GRATUITY?
The 6 % hall fee is not an extra gratuity that is shared among the on-site staff. This charge pays for everything from labor to produce the food for your event to the wear and tear on equipment to the time we spend with you designing and revising your menu. We always give you every ounce of necessary energy to make your event an absolute success. Guests should not feel obliged to offer an extra gratuity for good service. However, all of our staff is encouraged to go the extra mile, and so they are permitted to accept cash gratuities entirely at the discretion of our guests who wish to acknowledge particular staff members for exceptional or outstanding service. In other words, there is genuinely no need to tip but you should feel free to do so if you have a desire to acknowledge particular individuals.
